The obscure Apex 2-in-1 blue card were only found around the Miami region so far. They all were part of odyssey sets that came inside the plastic carrying case add-on. it is not clear weather these cards are bootlegs or official releases. maybe they were part of a local promotional sale. 2 games could be played using the card: Handball & Volleyball.
