This is the silver variant of legendary Interton VC 4000. It was sold under the Grundig label and was manufactured by Interton in Germany. While the Interton system could be played at any TV set of that time, the Grundig variant could only be played at special Grundig TV sets. Grundig built some TV models that had a special slot to allow plugging in their own video game systems. Therefore the Grundig variant, although much rarer than the Interton VC 4000 is not very popular today.
